USF PopUp Class: From Idea to an App

Trunica held a popup class at USF today open to all majors on what it takes to get a mobile application to market.  Many students have great ideas for new applications but do not know necessarily where to get started.  In this class we went through various modules on taking an idea from conception to launching a MVP

Popup class topics included:

What else besides coding does it take to get it to market?

What other steps should one take to make sure the product is a good fit for the market?

What business structure and model should you use?

How key performance metrics such as CAC, CLV, DAU, and MAU come into play?

What market analysis should you perform?

And more…
